Robert charges a diagnostic fee which is taken off the bill for your repair. If your equipment is beyond repair this fee covers Robert’s time and expertise in fault finding.

You can find the size of your screen by looking on the back of your TV to see the model number, which starts with numbers that indicate the screen size.
Should you have an accident with your equipment, for a charge of £25 Robert Smith will produce a letter of confirmation for your insurance company detailing that the equipment is beyond economic repair.
